Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant - Technical Lead (Java/BPM/Middleware).

• Responsible for technical delivery of IBM BPM, Java/J2EE, and Middleware technologies development projects using Agile methodology.
• Manage Level 2 and Level 3 support for implemented projects.
• Analyze requirements, identify various components or sub-components to be developed, and identify all internal/external interfaces for data exchange.
• Define technical design, effort estimations, coding, testing, debugging, and document solutions that are required to fulfil the project requirements.
• Drive Business Process Management ensuring automation of processes work as per defined requirements and service level agreements.
• Responsible for process modeling, implementation, integration of technologies, performance tuning, improvements, and maintenance.
• Estimate new enhancements or extensions, provide solutions for identifying gaps, and identify opportunities to improve systems and architecture by working with teams.
• Coordinate technical development activities, evaluate and report performance of the project.
• Provide technical direction and supervision to offshore team, review their deliverables, and keep track of progress.
• Ensure all issues or risks identified are resolved or mitigated.
• Participate in daily scrum calls and creation of user stories, feasibility analysis, effort estimation, and prioritization of change requests.
• Coordinate with deployment teams and other related groups for successful rollout of new system/component in production.
• Coordinate with end users for User Acceptance Testing and obtain sign-off.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Technology or related field.
• Five (5) years of progressively responsible post
  - Bachelor’s degree experience in the job offered.
• Foreign degree equivalents are acceptable.

Position headquartered in Danville, IL with placement at project sites nationally within the United States with no additional travel required.

Annual base compensation range: $94,723 – $99,459 per year.
