** This role is based in Danville, IL
** and involves facilitating the implementation, rollout, and support of Hyperion Financial Reporting Systems to enhance clients’ business functionality and performance, while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

• Facilitate implementation, rollout, upgrade, and production support of Hyperion Financial Reporting Systems.
• Gather requirements and produce design documentation, including blue‑prints.
• Prepare URS documents, Business Process Maps, and Functional Design Specifications.
• Identify improvement areas in business processes and propose changes with clients.
• Work with clients on enhancement requirements and provide estimates.
• Design custom programs and integrate with external systems using middleware.
• Act as liaison for client troubleshooting.
• Investigate, analyze, and solve software problems; map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; develop necessary product modifications.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, Business Management, Management or a related field.
• Five (5) years of progressively responsible post‑Bachelor’s experience in financial accounting systems or business process roles. Foreign degree equivalents are acceptable.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Hyperion EPM and related technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients.

Annual base salary range: $94,723 to $99,459.
