Valid Virginia Property and Casualty insurance license.

Strong track record in sales or client-facing advisory roles.

Clear and articulate communication skills.

Proficiency with standard office software and agency management systems.

Genuine enthusiasm for helping neighbors protect their assets.

Residency in or willingness to commute to Danville, Virginia.
