Description and Responsibilities:

My client is seeking an Inventory Control and WMS Administrator for their 1M Sq Ft distribution center. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Configure, monitor, and manage the overall performance of the Warehouse Management System (WMS), Radio Frequency/RF devices, and other technology within the facility.
• Coordinate with IT support for configurations or help desk assistance.
• Lead a team of supervisors and staff, overseeing performance and conducting reviews.
• Manage inventory control functions within the facility.
• Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Support the Operations Team with system change requests.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years of experience leading inventory control in a distribution or fulfillment center.
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• A proven track record of exceeding expectations.
• Experience developing leaders to promotion.
• Proficiency with WMS, Microsoft Office, and RF scanning devices.
• Knowledge of automated distribution center processes and flow.
• Ability to troubleshoot PC and RF devices.
