** Senior Commercial Banker Business Development:
* Develop and execute strategies to grow the branch’s customer base and deposit portfolio.
* Identify and pursue opportunities to deepen relationships with existing customers and attract new business clients.
* Represent the bank at community and networking events to promote services and build relationships with local businesses and organizations.

Branch Operations and Performance:
* Ensure the branch meets or exceeds established financial goals, including revenue, deposit growth, and loan production targets.
* Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics and implement action plans to address areas for improvement.
* Oversee daily branch operations, including cash handling, security, and transaction processing.
* Manage expense budgets to optimize profitability while maintaining operational efficiency.

Leadership and Team Management:
* Recruit, train, and mentor branch staff to develop a high-performing and customer-focused team.
* Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance evaluations.
* Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and employee engagement.
* Address employee concerns and provide guidance to support professional development.

Customer Service Excellence:
* Champion a culture of exceptional customer service by modeling and reinforcing high standards.
* Address escalated customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
* Gather customer feedback to identify opportunities for service improvements and innovation.

Community Engagement:
* Act as a visible and active member of the community, participating in local events and charitable initiatives.
* Build and maintain relationships with community leaders and organizations to enhance the bank’s reputation and identify partnership opportunities.

Regulatory Compliance:
* Ensure all branch activities adhere to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
* Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to maintain a compliant and secure branch environment.
* Stay informed about changes in banking regulations and ensure staff training on compliance updates.### Other duties as assigned.
