Base pay will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Full‑time associates are eligible for an annual bonus incentive and sales referral bonuses. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.
Veterans, transitioning active duty military personnel, and military spouses are encouraged to apply. Brookdale offers to advance fees for naturalization (Form N‑400) application costs, up to $725, for qualified associates who have been with us for at least a year.

Responsibilities- Overall responsibility for community daily operations, associate relations, resident and family engagement, financial performance, and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and execute the business plan in partnership with the district team; create, analyze, and monitor annual operating and capital budgets.
- Act as a hands‑on leader who supervises, directs, and motivates community staff; encourage teamwork and cultivate an inclusive culture.
- Recruit, hire, develop and retain high‑quality associates in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain resident satisfaction and retention; be proactive in solving problems and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with the clinical leader to ensure services meet resident needs and maintain quality of care.
- Exercise financial acumen to meet or exceed budgeted revenue and profitability; explore revenue enhancement and cost‑control measures.
- Drive sales and marketing efforts; develop new business, generate leads, and build strategic relationships to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
- Build positive relationships with local influencers and professional organizations to raise community profile.
- Ensure buildings, grounds, and property meet company standards through preventative maintenance oversight.
- Enforce company policies, maintain licenses and registrations as required by law.

Qualifications- High school diploma or GED required;
Bachelor’s degree preferred. - Minimum of two years of operational leadership experience; additional experience may substitute for education on a year‑for‑year basis.
- Valid administrator license in required states.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a private vehicle for business use.
- Analytical and leadership skills; ability to coordinate resident care, marketing, food service, housekeeping, and maintenance units.
- Knowledge of industry, Microsoft software preferred; effective written and oral communication; strong decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.
