Litehouse Inc. is looking for an experienced Inventory Control Supervisor to lead our Inventory Control team and ensure a high level of inventory integrity across our operations. In this critical role, you'll work cross-functionally to monitor, analyze, and improve inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making.

• Lead and supervise the inventory control team to ensure accurate cycle counting and reconciliation of inventory discrepancies.
• Analyze data to identify shrinkage, process gaps, and improvement opportunities, and partner with key departments to drive resolutions.
• Audit job close procedures and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Deliver regular KPI reporting, perform root cause analysis, and recommend inventory-related process improvements.
• Manage discontinued, expired, and donated inventory in line with company procedures.
• Prepare for and support internal and external audits, coordinating with accounting and offsite storage.
• Adjust cycle count frequencies as business needs evolve.
• Schedule and support the development of team members while upholding food safety and quality standards.

• High School Diploma or GED required; CLTD certification preferred or required upon hire.
• 3+ years of inventory management experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Smart Client and IAF Mobile Client systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret procedures, perform audits, and present findings in team settings.
• Forklift/scissor lift certification required upon hire.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
