Count Room Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning, supervising, and monitoring the work of the count room team members.
• Orders and maintains an inventory of operating supplies.
• Ensures internal control and safety procedures are always adhered to.
• Maintains compliance with Virginia Lottery regulations and company policies and procedures.
• Assures each count team and drop pick-up team is appropriately staffed and the drop is collected and counted most efficiently.
• Conducts Performance Reviews by policies and procedures; provides feedback; coaching and development guidance as needed.
• Weighs, counts, wraps, and records slot drop according to procedure.
• Sorts, counts and records contents of table game drop boxes according to procedure.
• Verifies quantity against records.
• Responsible for general upkeep of the soft count room.
• Repairs and maintains count room equipment.
• Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental, and company policies.
