Location: Danville, VA

Shift: 3rd Shift – 11:00 pm – 7:30 am, Monday‑Friday

Litehouse started in the Hope, Idaho restaurant of the Hawkins family 60 years ago. Since that time, we have become the leader in refrigerated salad dressings, dips, sauces, herbs, and cheese, manufacturing these products at our four U.S. facilities based in Michigan, Utah, Virginia, and Idaho. Create a clean, efficient production line by assembling containers, efficiently packaging products using state‑of‑the‑art machinery, palletizing, inspecting, and operating software systems that keep operations running smoothly. Maintain a fast‑paced environment, adhere to food safety and quality standards, and work overtime and weekends as needed.

• High School Diploma/GED (strongly preferred)
• Ability to be on your feet for the majority of a shift
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. independently
• Ability to pass a background check and pre‑employment drug test
• Responsibility to adhere to Food Safety policies and report concerns to the supervisor
• Must be able to work scheduled shifts, meet attendance requirements, and frequently work overtime and weekends
