Basic Purpose and ScopeThe Maintenance III supports overall Industrial Electrical duties for the site including troubleshooting equipment, preventative maintenance, and electrical audits.

- Perform all job duties and operations in a safe manner, while following all federal, state, and Litehouse regulations and policies
- Troubleshoot various electrical issues within machines, plant controls, and the electrical infrastructure that affect the plant operations
- Perform planned maintenance as assigned. Planned maintenance includes preventative maintenance inspections, corrective maintenance on equipment, facility work orders, and other various jobs
- Conduct electrical audits of assets to ensure they are working as designed. Implement solutions to identified gaps
- Respond to line calls and support plant repairs of a non-electrical nature as required
- Input to equipment design, as it relates to electrical and control considerations
- Record and report daily activities
- Perform parts research to identify exact replacements or upgraded components when applicable
- Responsibility to adhere to Food Safety policies and report food safety and quality concerns to the supervisor
- Ensure correct entries into factory software
- Maintain a clean work area and participate in housekeeping throughout the facility and grounds
- Must be able to work scheduled shifts and meet attendance requirements

- 3-5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment required. Food manufacturing experience preferred
- Must have current applicable state electrical qualification to perform new installations
- Instrumentation and controls experience preferred
- Experience with troubleshooting PLC and electrical systems
- Familiar with Allen Bradley and other common control systems preferred
- Familiar with various brands of devices and electronics such as VFDs, I/O and so on
- Experience with electrical installations and modifications

Frequently up to 55 lbs. Over 55 lbs. must be with two or more individuals or with mechanical aids (hoist, dolly cart, forklift).

Normal inside range; normal with potential extremes.
Humidity:
Wet/Humid.
Atmospheric Conditions and Noise:
Noise.
Potential Hazards:
Hazards associated with working in a food manufacturing facility.
Protective clothing or personal devices required:
Smocks, protective gloves, goggles, safety glasses, face shield, hearing protection, bump caps and/or hard hats, and any other personal protective equipment (PPE) as deemed necessary to perform the job safely.
