Shift: 3rd Shift – 11:00 pm – 7:30 am

Starting Pay: $19.06 /hr. Additional Pay: 2nd shift $1.50 /hr; 3rd/D/C shift $3 /hr

• Operate and lead key machinery to produce efficient, high‑quality products.
• Set up, operate and adjust machinery.
• Perform changeovers and washes that meet or exceed specifications.
• Account for food safety policies and report concerns to supervisor.
• Ensure products meet customer and quality requirements.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance, controls and troubleshooting.
• Maintain a clean work area and participate in housekeeping across the facility.

• High school diploma or GED (strongly preferred).
• Mechanically inclined.
• Fully trained and experienced in operating at least one production machine or equivalent experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build effective working relationships inside and outside the company.
• Ability to multi‑task, stay focused and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Must be able to work scheduled shifts and meet attendance requirements.
