How You’ll Contribute- Assist in developing departmental goals, standards and objectives that support the organization’s strategic plan and vision.
- Manage staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction and conflict management; oversee scheduling, staff development, recruitment, payroll and student engagements.
- Monitor departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, contracts and vendor relations. Determine and justify needs for systems, equipment and supplies; monitor usage and ensure proper working order and stock.
- Assess the quality of patient care delivered and coordinate services with patients, staff, physicians and other departments. May provide patient care when necessary.

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, or applicable work experience may be used in lieu of education.
