2nd shift: 7 p.m. – 7 a.m.
3rd shift: 12 a.m. – 10 a.m.
Rotation schedule/Off every other weekend.
- Under the supervision of the ICF Nurse Manager, the Licensed Practical Nurse provides general nursing services to individuals receiving 24‑hour Residential Services.
- Conduct medical assessments.
- Assess physical health needs.
- Schedule and transport individuals to medical appointments.
- Provide direct care to individuals.
- Maintain accurate documents.
- LPN with a valid license to practice in Virginia.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Pass fingerprint, state and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and central registry (CANIS) report upon request.
Annual salary range: $46,925 – $82,119. $3,000 sign‑on bonus. Shift differential: $2.00 for 2nd shift. Excellent fringe benefits.
