• Conduct psychiatric assessments and assess physical health needs.
• Make appropriate referrals to community physicians.
• Manage and administer medication in conjunction with the psychiatrist/nurse practitioner.
• Provide a wide range of treatment, rehabilitation, and support services.
• Share shift‑management responsibilities with other staff.
• Provide direct case management services, medication education, and necessary documentation.
• Assist individuals with weekly medication bag/box fills.
• Deliver medications to individuals’ homes on a rotation basis.
• Participate in on‑call rotation.
• Perform TB screening risk assessments for Agency staff.

• Completion of educational requirements for Registered Nurse with a valid RN license to practice in VA.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• At least one year of experience providing services to individuals with serious mental illness.
• Fingerprinting, state and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and central registry (CANIS) report will be required upon request.

• Annual salary range: $57,001 – $99,751.
• $5,000 sign‑on bonus.
