This is a Contract/PRN position that provides services on an as-needed basis. Hours are not guaranteed and will fluctuate based on program needs. This position is not a regular full-time or part-time role.
RESPONSIBILITIESUnder the supervision of the Lead Registered Nurse, the Licensed Practical Nurse provides general nursing services to individuals receiving 24-hour Residential Services. Responsibilities include conducting medical assessments, assessing physical health needs, scheduling and transporting individuals to medical appointments, providing individuals direct care and maintaining accurate documents.
REQUIREMENTSMinimum Requirements
M1:
Licensed Practical Nurse with a valid LPN license to practice in Virginia
M2:
Valid driver's license and safe driving record
Fingerprints, State and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and central registry (CANIS) report will be required upon request. Our Agency maintains a drug-free workplace.
HOURLY RATE RANGE$23.09 - $40.01
Shift Differential: $2.00 for 2nd shift, $3.00 for 3rd shift
