• Prepare fresh food items daily for members by following recipes and preparing rotisserie chicken; wrap, label, and store merchandise to ensure freshness.
• Assist members with bakery orders and manage multiple tasks in a short timeframe while maintaining a positive shopping experience.
• Prepare and serve ready-to-eat food and maintain a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area.
• Maintain the Sales Floor per company policies, handle claims and returns, zone the area, organize merchandise, and identify shrink and damages.

• Be a Team Member:
  Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food, collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate other associates, communicate with team members, and adapt to business needs.
• Be an Expert:
  Prepare food according to item specifications, plan future and mass productions, respect seasonality, adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management, operate and sanitize equipment, and understand product and layout execution.
• Be a Techie:
  Use digital tools to drive sales, enhance the shopping experience, and engage associates; use handheld technology for production decisions and training; adapt to new tools.
• Be an Owner:
  Drive area performance, stock and rotate merchandise, ensure quality and date control, reduce waste, assist customers per company policies, and guide peers.
• Be a Talent Ambassador:
  Model high-quality service and products, maintain energy and commitment, and advocate for the department and club experience.
• Comply with company policies and standards of ethics; support Open Door Policy and align actions with business practices.
• Complete work with clear priorities using policies and resources; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners; communicate progress and opportunities for improvement; adapt to change and feedback.

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage in the job location. Additional compensation may include premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed (ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour).
