We are currently looking for entry-level, part-time Retail Sales Associates to join our team at pawn store locations nationwide. The role involves engaging with customers, processing sales and loans, and working with various merchandise including jewelry, electronics, tools, and firearms (in FFL locations). The position offers an hourly wage plus commission based on productivity, with potential earnings of UP TO 8% on transactions, averaging an additional $1.00 per hour.

• Greet and interact with customers to provide financial solutions.
• Perform open/close procedures.
• Maintain the sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Conduct sales and loan transactions in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Answer incoming calls professionally.
• Explain legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Complete training successfully.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to perform tasks requiring standing, walking, climbing, etc., for extended periods.
• Ability to work with firearms and obtain certification.
• Minimum age 18, High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong customer service orientation and team spirit.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in basic math and cash handling (preferred).
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Computer literacy and experience with POS systems.
