Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Management
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire and retain dealer clients.
    • Build and maintain relationships with dealership owners and key decision‑makers.
    • Identify opportunities for portfolio growth by presenting financing solutions.
    • Conduct market research to stay competitive and align services with industry trends.
  • Servicing
    • Oversee the servicing of the automotive floorplan portfolio, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
    • Monitor account performance and proactively address client issues.
    • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
    • Provide training and support to dealerships on financing solutions and services.
  • Risk Management
    • Monitor dealership conditions and performance.
    • Develop and maintain risk assessment models to evaluate creditworthiness.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
    • Track portfolio performance, including loan balances and payment trends.
Qualities We Look For
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish)
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry
  • Strong financial acumen and understanding of key financial tools
  • Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate with internal and external partners
  • Strong time‑management and deadline‑management skills
  • Strong negotiation and collection skills
  • Analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
  • BA/BS in a related field and 3+ years of related experience (or equivalent)
  • 2+ years in finance, sales, account management or collections
  • Travel: >75% with overnight travel required
  • Valid driver’s license
Pay Rate
  • Self‑determined, performance‑based compensation package
  • Base pay of $50,000 per year
  • Guaranteed bonus income: $2,000 per month for the first four months (prorated for month
    1), then $1,500 for months 5 & 6, $1,000 for month 7, and $333 for months 8–12.
  • Monthly vehicle mileage reimbursement – average $450
  • Average first‑year earnings: $114,764; top‑50 rep earnings: $126,380
  • No limit on commissions
