You'll meet with customers, assess water damage, prepare estimates, recommend restoration solutions, and remain actively involved throughout the project to ensure outstanding service and successful outcomes. As a Restoration Sales and Project Consultant, you'll serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the restoration process while helping grow the business through exceptional service and relationship development.

Responsibilities include:

• Respond to residential and commercial water damage opportunities throughout the service area

• Inspect damaged properties and evaluate restoration needs

• Prepare detailed estimates and present customized mitigation solutions

• Guide customers through the restoration process while providing clear, consistent communication

• Coordinate project scheduling with office staff and mitigation technicians

• Visit active job sites to monitor project progress and ensure quality workmanship

• Support field technicians by addressing customer concerns and helping projects stay on schedule

• Develop referral relationships with plumbers, insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, contractors, and other community partners

• Identify opportunities to expand services while maintaining a consultative, customer-first approach

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences that generate repeat business and referrals

We're seeking a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, managing projects, and helping customers through challenging situations.

Qualified candidates should have:

• Experience in outside sales, consultative sales, account management, or business development

• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

• A customer-focused mindset with the ability to earn trust and confidence

• Excellent organization, follow-up, and time management abilities

• The ability to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously

• Self-motivation and comfort working independently in the field

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

While not required, experience in any of the following is highly valued:

• Water mitigation or restoration services

• Plumbing or residential home services

• Construction, roofing, remodeling, or restoration sales

• Preparing estimates for restoration or construction projects

• Working with insurance adjusters, property managers, plumbers, or restoration referral partners
