Responsibilities
- Review work orders and communicate with service advisors
- Inspect vehicles and diagnose issues accurately
- Perform quality repairs and maintenance
- Document findings, safety concerns, and recommendations
- Provide efficient, reliable service to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance
- Proficiency with shop equipment, alignment systems, diagnostic tools, and A/C systems
- ASE certification or willingness to obtain
- Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team environment
- Valid driver’s license required
