We are hiring for a Special Events/Projects Specialist to join our talented and energetic business development/marketing team. This is a hybrid role working some in office and some from home.

Qualifications Include

• Expertise in Teams, Excel, Word and Adobe Suite.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Strong work ethics are a must.
• Superior organization skills and precise attention to detail.
• An undergraduate degree in communications, public relations, journalism or related field is required.
• Experience with videography, websites and research is a plus.

• 2 - 7 years of marketing-related experience with a law firm.
• Successful experience planning/executing large group events including creation/management of related budgets.

• Strong, close-knit team with a supportive and easy-going environment.
• Emphasis on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
