Sweetbay Dermatology is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our physician-led practice in Daphne, Alabama.

Full-time or part-time considered
Part-time compensation prorated

Compensation - generous first year salary guarantee (based on experience) + productivity bonus once collection goals are met.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 3 years of clinical experience specifically in medical dermatology
• Current PA or NP national certification and eligibility for Alabama licensure
• Strong skills in dermatologic evaluation, treatment planning, and recognition of concerning skin lesions
• Clear communication, thoughtful collaboration, and commitment to continued learning
• Additional dermatology training, fellowship experience, or structured postgraduate specialty education preferred
