We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher (Lead) to foster social, emotional, and intellectual development in preschool-aged children.

• Create an engaging and inclusive learning environment that sparks curiosity.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans.
• Foster a positive classroom atmosphere where children feel safe and valued.
• Use varied teaching methods and materials for different learning styles.
• Plan and facilitate activities such as arts, music, storytelling, and outdoor play.
• Assess children's progress, document observations, and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to enrich the educational experience.
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians, providing regular updates.
• Ensure child safety, adhering to health and safety regulations.

• Passion for early childhood education.
• Previous experience as a Preschool Teacher or similar role.
• CDA or Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred (equivalent experience considered).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Creativity and resourcefulness in designing developmentally appropriate activities.
• Patience, empathy, and ability to establish nurturing relationships with children and families.
