We’re actively seeking new graduates and provide everything you need to succeed from day one. Our comprehensive mentorship program pairs you with experienced doctors who are genuinely invested in your growth. You’ll:

• Receive hands‑on guidance from 14 accomplished veterinarians
• Build your skills with graduated case responsibility
• Develop emergency, medical, and surgical skills in a supportive, team‑based environment
• Learn continuously—questions are always welcome and encouraged
• Gain confidence as you master your craft alongside seasoned professionals

What You’ll Bring

• Passion for small animal medicine (exotics experience is a plus!)

Exceptional Compensation

• Base Salary
  : $100K–$130K (competitive for new grads!)
• Bonus
