Responsibilities:- Conduct follow-up with leads in order to boost sales performance.
- Provide consultations to buyer and seller clients to better understand their home preferences and requirements and successfully close deals.
- Emphasize the importance of continuous consultation by offering top-notch service and advice to foster client relationships and generate repeat and referral business.
- Possess in-depth local knowledge of the community to address inquiries about potential properties and the neighborhood.
- Draft written purchase offers for buyer clients to facilitate a smooth and efficient closing process.
- Passionate about real estate and eager to obtain or hold a current real estate license.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
