    Responsibilities:
    • Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions.
    • Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents, and home sellers in a timely fashion.
    • Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets, resulting in more sales.
    • Help clients determine the best offer price and assist through closing the deal to ensure a pleasant and fair transaction for all parties involved.
    • Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts, and emails to ensure outstanding customer service.
    • Lead follow-up.
    • Lead generation.
    • Set appointments.
    • Execute consultations.
    • Close sales.
    Qualifications:
    • Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car.
    • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly.
    • Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently.

    • A real estate license or the motivation to obtain one.
    Compensation:

    $91,300 - $189,500 yearly
