Leasing Agent

Tonsmeire Properties is seeking a professional, motivated, and outgoing Leasing Agent to join our apartment community located on the Eastern Shore of Baldwin County.

• Leasing apartments and showing units to prospective residents
• Coordinate and complete apartment move-in and move-out procedures.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Property Manager.
• Support the Maintenance Team to help ensure a positive resident experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.
• Manage multiple responsibilities efficiently while prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have a friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
• Be outgoing, personable, and comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Be organized and able to effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Successfully complete a background check and drug screening.

Compensation: $18-$20 per hour, plus bonuses and benefits
