At Nothing Bundt Cakes, we refer to our guest services representatives as Joy Creators
! A Joy Creator sweetens up the place, setting the mood and making a stop in the bakery an event worth posting about. You’ll get to play party planner by helping guests order the right cake for their celebrations and making sure their orders go off without a hitch. You’ll make everyone feel welcomed, and you’ll create an environment of generosity, happiness, and joy in your community.

• Help guests select cakes for celebrations and ensure orders are accurate and delivered smoothly.
• Make guests feel welcomed and contribute to a joyful and generous bakery environment.
• Collaborate with team members to provide a positive customer experience.

• We close early so you can enjoy your evenings.
• We offer flexible work schedules.

• Are you at least 16 years old?
• Are you physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods?
• How willing are you to work early morning, closing and weekend shifts?
• Please tell us about any guest service experience you have in a bakery, restaurant or retail store.
• Tell us about any experience you have in sales.
