Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

General merchandise associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer them assistance, recommend merchandise based on customer wants and needs, and ensure Hobbies & Home Improvement displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day. Paint mixing and fabric cutting may be required.
