Overview

This is a 100% remote Life Insurance Agent role. We are looking for a self-motivated, results-driven sales professional to engage potential customers and provide tailored life insurance solutions that meet their needs. You will have the independence to manage your schedule, with access to daily training and support from experienced producers.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting
    :
    Leverage an exclusive platform to connect with individuals interested in life insurance products and focus on client engagement.
  • Client Engagement
    :
    Present and promote life insurance solutions through needs assessments that align with clients’ financial goals and requirements.
  • Relationship Building
    :
    Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and ongoing support.
  • Training & Development
    :
    Participate in live coaching sessions and gain experience from top performers to accelerate learning.
  • Sales Tracking
    :
    Use tools to maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and progress toward goals.
  • Compliance
    :
    Ensure activities comply with regulatory standards and company policies, safeguarding client information and maintaining ethical practices.
Qualifications
  • Highly motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish trust with clients.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to offer solutions that address client concerns and fit within their budget.
  • Ability to build lasting relationships and a willingness to receive constructive feedback.
  • Previous industry experience is a plus but not required.
  • Must be willing to obtain a life insurance license (training and support will be provided).
