• Starting pay is $16 per hour with no experience

• Assist project manager on various construction projects
• Assess property damage and create cleaning plan
• General labor duties such as gutting, cleaning, and packing
• Participate in demolition and reconstruction process
• Maintain safe jobsite
• Prepare various types of equipment for upcoming jobs
• Pre and post construction clean‑up

• Relationship building/maintenance skills
• Ability to multi‑task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
• Personable with good communication skills
• Hard‑working team player who can easily adapt to changing needs
• Strong desire to learn and excel
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license as driving for business is required up to 20%+ of the time
• Must be reliable, dependable, and drug‑free
