Super Soccer Stars is thrilled to announce an opportunity for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a Let's Kick Soccer Stars Coach! In this unique role, you will provide children aged 2-12 years old with their first-ever soccer experience, fostering their love for the game through fun and interactive activities.

Your primary responsibility will be to create a playful and engaging environment that encourages learning and development while prioritizing the safety and well-being of each child. As a Let's Kick Soccer Stars Coach, you'll use age-appropriate lesson plans to introduce basic soccer skills, teamwork, and character development (example sportsmanship).

This part-time position requires availability during weekdays and weekends, making it an ideal fit for those looking to make a positive impact on young athletes' lives. We provide all necessary training, so prior coaching experience is not required, although a passion for working with children and a love for soccer is essential.

We offer competitive pay starting at $20 per session, along with perks such as flexible scheduling, professional development opportunities, and a supportive community. The territory's range from Spanish Fort, Daphne, Fairhope, Foley, Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, etc.

Requirements:

• A strong passion for soccer and working with young children.
• Ability to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
• Prior experience working with children is a plus.
• Knowledge of soccer is preferable but not mandatory.
• CPR/First Aid Certification preferred but not required (can be obtained during training).
• Background Check is required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to session locations.
• Availability to work flexible hours, weekdays and Saturday mornings.
