Job Description The Customer Service Representative (Inside Sales) serves as a key point of contact for customers by providing product information, quotations, order processing, and sales support. This role combines customer service, inside sales, product sourcing, and supplier coordination responsibilities to ensure customers receive the products and services they need. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced industrial distribution environment while maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers.

Job Duties Customer Service & Sales Support
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Provide product information, pricing, and quotations
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Promote company products and identify sales opportunities
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships Order Management
• Source products to fulfill customer requirements
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Monitor order status and communicate updates to customers
• Expedite backorders and resolve delivery issues
• Ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction Vendor & Supplier Coordination
• Interact with suppliers to obtain product availability and pricing
• Negotiate purchase and sales pricing when appropriate
• Maintain strong working relationships with vendors Inventory & Shipping Support
• Assist with pulling inventory as needed
• Support shipment preparation and order fulfillment activities
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure accurate deliveries Returns & Customer Resolution
• Process customer returns and exchanges
• Troubleshoot customer concerns and service issues
• Resolve order discrepancies in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a positive customer experience throughout the sales process
