This opportunity is for a Closed-Door Pharmacist position based in Folcroft, PA, offering a 2-month contract with a Monday through Friday shift from 10am to 6pm. The role involves working within a pharmacy system similar to Personal Med (training provided), focusing on operational support and prescription accuracy in a busy setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform primary verification of prescriptions to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Manage fulfillment staff and oversee pharmacy operations during shifts
- Assist in prescription shipping and order processing as needed
- Ensure all prescriptions are documented properly in line with regulatory standards
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in retail or closed-door pharmacy settings
- Active and clear Pennsylvania Pharmacist license (RPh)
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume pharmacy environment
- Adaptability to new pharmacy systems and processes
- Monday through Friday
- 10am to 6pm
