Shipping Associate

Our client in Sharon Hill is seeking a Shipping Associate!

• Schedule:
  
  Monday-Friday 8am-430pm
• Pay rate: $18-$20/HR
• Room for growth
• Paid weekly
• Healthcare benefits after 30 days!

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently from warehouse inventory
• Prepare outbound shipments using Fed Ex Ship Manager, UPS World Ship, and related shipping platforms
• Verify order accuracy including item quantities, SKUs, and shipping addresses prior to packaging
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace throughout the shift
• Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, hand trucks, and possibly rivet machines
• Communicate proactively with supervisors regarding order issues, inventory discrepancies, or equipment concerns
• Assist with cycle counts, replenishment fulfillment, and physical inventory as needed

• Prior warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience preferred
• Experience with Fed Ex Ship Manager and/or UPS World Ship encouraged
• Forklift certification encouraged but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy
• Ability to pass a 7 year criiminal background screening
