Advocates of guest experience who welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction, loyalty enrollment and store cleanliness. Advocates of both in-store and digital services and solutions who are knowledgeable about capabilities and features that drive adoption and guest loyalty. Empowered to make shopping quick and easy for guests at the check lanes, guest services, gift registry, pick-up and drive up while ensuring exceptional quality.

• Communicating and interacting with guests to build a welcoming guest experience
• Blending problem solving and decision making to positively impact the guest experience and resolve guest concerns
• Adapting to different guest interactions and situations
• Promoting and engaging around various benefits, offerings and services

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks
• Assist guests to solve their specific needs with a welcoming approach
• Inform guests of current promos, store activities and events
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products and services to solve issues and improve the guest experience
• Thank guests and acknowledge their choice to shop at Target
• Understand and speak to the benefits of Target Loyalty programs and assist with sign-up as needed
• Scan and bag items efficiently and accurately, in compliance with safety standards
• Work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining service and accuracy
• Explain and demonstrate how to use Target App features including Wallet
• Be familiar with Order Pick-Up, Drive Up and online ordering; guide guests to enroll and use these features
• Handle returns following policies, and collaborate with leaders as needed
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area
• Stock supplies during store hours and remain available for guests
• Commit to safety, ethics and compliance
• Support guest services such as order pick up, drive-up, and related duties while complying with laws (e.g., alcohol policies)
• All other duties based on business needs
