As a business analyst, you will join a client service team and take ownership of a workstream to solve some of the toughest challenges our clients face.

Your clients won't be just any clients—they're some of the most influential organizations around, from Fortune 500 giants to innovative startups. We will expect you to go the extra mile, delivering solutions that solve immediate problems and drive long‑term change. We'll rely on your judgment and integrity to ensure our recommendations are effective and long‑lasting.

You will take on a role that goes beyond advising. You'll be at the heart of the action—helping to uncover the true challenges behind a client’s strategy and creating actionable plans that drive real change.

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1+ years of experience
• Understanding and exposure to supply chain concepts and interest in network design, sales and operations planning (S&OP), inventory, or physical flow management
• Clear demonstration of having led operational improvements and in managing key transformation factors (e.g., performance management systems, mindsets/behaviors)
• Demonstrated aptitude for analytics
• Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
• Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively
• Comfortable with extensive travel, up to 80%

We provide a reasonable estimate of the salary for this role in the United States: $125,000 - $132,000 USD, along with a comprehensive benefits package that reflects our commitment to the wellness of our colleagues and their families.
