Endeavour’s Pact group has an exciting opportunity for a New Technical Facilities Manager to join the team, working directly with the Pact Fuels and Voltek Water teams and focusing on the initial setting up of a new facility.

• Plan and design a new facility that will have light (small scale) liquid & gas processing.
• Design and work with contractors to set up all required facility support utilities.
• Work with consultants to acquire all permits.
• Set up process equipment.
• Set up research, development and test benches for bench‑top pilot testing.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related technical or business discipline).
• 4‑5 years of experience in setting up greenfield light chemical processing and research & development lab.

• Strong understanding of setting up a greenfield small‑scale processing facility. Familiarity with plating shops or other liquid‑based treatment shops with automated equipment is a plus.
