Financial Analyst, Corporate Finance, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
- Assists investment teams in closing and funding of investments.
- Prepares and ensures completion of all required transaction documents (funding packages).
- Leads other ad hoc projects or initiatives for the private placements team as they arise and partnering with individuals across the enterprise as needed, including system upgrades/integrations, and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Serves as primary contact for regulatory compliance reporting and provides requested documentation as needed.
- Assists investment team as needed with postings and covenant compliance activities.
Eligibility for this position is limited to candidates who successfully completed the Nuveen Green Capital 2026 Summer Internship Program and received a verbal offer for full-time employment based on their performance during the 10-week internship.

Anticipated Posting End Date:Base Pay Range: $56,000/yr - $86,500/yr
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
