We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to support a banking organization in Darien, Connecticut through a long-term contract assignment. This part-time, onsite opportunity offers a flexible two-day-per-week schedule and will suit an HR coordinator who can manage routine administrative work while contributing to priority projects. The role combines employee records support, hiring coordination, payroll review, compliance preparation, and policy-related assistance in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and organize employee documentation, ensuring personnel files are accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Review payroll details before processing to help identify discrepancies and support timely submission.
• Assist with audit preparation by gathering records, checking documentation, and supporting compliance readiness efforts.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate logistics to create a smooth hiring process for applicants and internal stakeholders.
• Post open positions and help manage recruitment-related administrative activities.
• Support compensation research by collecting and comparing salary, tuition, and market benchmark data.
• Contribute to the development and revision of HR policies and related documentation.
• Provide day-to-day HR administrative support while working independently across ongoing tasks and special projects.
