Job Title: Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Location: Darien, CT (Hybrid)
Position OverviewIn this role, you will utilize your advanced practice skills to diagnose, treat, and consult with children, adolescents, and adults in the field of mental health. You’ll collaborate with other pharmacologists and a dynamic multidisciplinary team while maintaining autonomy in your practice. PsychiatricNurse Practitioner Requirements
- Licensed APRN with PMHNP certification and master’s degree from an accredited program
- Minimum 3 years of post‑certification experience (outpatient preferred)
- Valid and unrestricted APRN, DEA, and state licenses; maintains compliance with all prescribing and monitoring regulations, and maintains proper levels of liability insurance
- Maintains all required credentials and liability insurance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team
- Comfortable engaging in client development and representing the practice in the community
- Percentage of net collections; equivalent to 130,000– 200,000/year with anticipated caseload

- Hybrid schedule (mix of in‑person and virtual)

- Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and clinical services to children, adolescents and adults in alignment with best practices and state/federal regulations
- Collaborate with a broad multidisciplinary team as well as our community partners, writing orders as defined by the parameters listed in the Standard Care Arrangement (SCA)
- Complete timely, accurate documentation to support quality care, billing, and compliance requirements
- Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans, including patient education, referrals, and care coordination
- Participate in call coverage and provide ongoing support to assigned patients
- Engage in continuing education, credentialing, and quality improvement activities to ensure excellence in care delivery

The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for this position. A successful candidate’s actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate’s work history, experience, skill set, and education.
