Qualifications
- 2+ years of industry experience in coatings and metals
- Bachelor of Science or Master of Science in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or a related field

- Develop new technologies, formulations, testing methodologies, and claims to create or improve hair‑related products
- Collaborate with other R&D groups, marketing, field staff, and suppliers
- Stay abreast of new raw materials, formulation techniques, and testing methodologies, and engage in research activities to drive innovative technology and applications in products
- Formulate hair‑related products under the supervision of a Senior Chemist or Manager
- Understand, utilize, and document work within a laboratory notebook
