We are seeking passionate individuals to work with children ages 2-8 years old in an energetic and fun environment.

Soccer Shots is a growing program with a strong curriculum and a team of passionate coaches aiming to impact children's lives. Join our team for rewarding work, professional development, and advancement opportunities. Sessions are held in community centers, preschools, and daycares across DuPage County during Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall seasons.

We offer flexible scheduling and paid training to ensure we select the best candidates.

Ideal candidates will exhibit the following qualities:

Responsible: Arrive on time, manage groups of 5-10 children, communicate effectively with Soccer Shots leaders.

Professional: Maintain a clean appearance, be kind and approachable to parents and staff.

Experienced: Proven experience engaging and leading young children; soccer experience is a plus but not required.

Creative: Be goofy and imaginative with children.

Background Check: Must pass a background check, fingerprinting, and a medical exam per DCFS standards.

Requirements: Reliable transportation, daily internet access, and a phone/computer.

Our Coaching Program:

• Complete comprehensive training for certification.

• Use developmentally appropriate techniques.

• Undergo routine evaluations and ongoing training.

• Created with guidance from childhood education specialists, professional soccer players, and licensed coaches.
