We are seeking a Brand Manager to drive the growth and positioning of our brands, ensuring consistency, innovation, and market leadership in the fertility and home healthcare sectors. Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy & Development- Execute and maintain brand strategies for easy@Home and Premom to strengthen market presence.
- Maintain clear brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms.
- Align brand strategies with overall company goals to drive revenue and customer engagement.
- Work with Marketing on multi-channel campaigns (digital, social media, influencer, email, and traditional marketing).
- Collaborate with internal teams to support the creation of compelling content and product marketing strategies.
- Support relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the fertility and healthcare space.
- Oversee promotional activities, partnerships, and community engagement initiatives to ensure brand identity adherence.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer insights, and competitive positioning.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimize marketing strategies based on data analytics.
- Use consumer feedback to enhance product offerings and marketing effectiveness.
- Work closely with product development to align branding and messaging with product innovations.
- Ensure a seamless and engaging customer journey across e-commerce platforms and mobile apps.
- Enhance brand trust and authority through educational content and thought leadership.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer support, to maintain brand consistency.
- Manage brand marketing budgets efficiently to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Lead agency relationships and external partnerships for creative development.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in brand management, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or consumer goods.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, influencer strategies, and e-commerce branding.
- Data-driven mindset with expertise in analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.).
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Passion for women’s health, fertility, and home healthcare solutions is a plus.
