LPN.

We are urgently seeking a Nurse for a 4-year-old male patient with a G‑Tube, scheduled Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8am–6pm in Darien, IL.

At Reliance we specialize in long‑term 1‑on‑1 private duty nursing for disabled pediatric and adult patients on G‑tubes, trachs, and vents. We have immediate openings for licensed nurses who want to truly make a difference in their patients' lives. • Flexible hours/scheduling for full‑time, part‑time or PRN (8, 10, 12 or 16 hour shifts)
• Competitive pay $37–$47 per hour
• Training available for pediatrics, home health and various skills

• Valid LPN or RN license in Illinois
• Minimum of 1 year of direct patient care as an RN / LPN
• Valid CPR card

Full‑time, Part‑time

$37 – $47 per hour

PPE is provided.
