Full‑time Retail Sales Representative – Immediate Hire – First Sale Bonus – Paid Training. Join 2020 Companies, an outsourced Sales & Marketing agency representing NRG Energy, to promote residential electricity and gas services in a Walmart retail environment.

• Engage consumers about NRG electricity and gas products while maintaining a professional interaction with customers and fellow employees.
• Deliver accurate product information and help customers select the best solutions to lower their energy costs.
• Meet or exceed personal monthly sales goals and maintain a clean, organized, and presentable workstation.
• Document and report all sales activity accurately and submit all required paperwork completely.
• Collaborate with teammates to accomplish shared goals and celebrate success.
• Avoid door‑to‑door, cold calling, or telemarketing activities.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six (6) months prior retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Maintain customer confidentiality.

• Average sales reps expected to earn $800 – $1,000 weekly
