What you will do:

  • Manage a Child In Care caseload, ensuring that all statutory duties are met in line with current legislation and best practice.
  • Travel to visit children both locally and out of area, ensuring all children receive appropriate care and supervision.
  • Work collaboratively within the Children In Care Team to provide assessment, support, and intervention.
  • Engage with children, families, and professionals to ensure comprehensive and bespoke care planning.
  • Attend and participate in duty days at least twice a month to support the team and service demands.
