Role Overview :
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Engineer for a 3-4 month project in Darlington. The role will involve setting out and overseeing groundworks and civil engineering activities, including foundations, access roads, drainage and S278 works.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a Site Engineer
Strong setting-out experience
Groundworks and foundations experience
Experience with drainage and access roads
S278/highway works experience
Relevant site qualifications
Ability to work accurately and independently
Responsibilities:
Setting out groundworks and civil engineering works
Setting out foundations, drainage and access roads
Supporting S278 works
Checking levels, lines and gradients
Working closely with site management and subcontractors
Ensuring works are completed in accordance with drawings and specifications
Maintaining accurate site records and measurements
