Supply Chain Operations Coordinator

We are recruiting for a Supply Chain Operations Coordinator to join a busy and fast-paced supply chain team supporting a wide range of inventory, logistics and customer fulfilment activities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in logistics administration, customer operations, supply chain support or order management to gain experience within a large, complex operation.
Your new role
As part of a multifunctional operations team, you will support a variety of supply chain and logistics processes, ensuring customers receive an excellent service while maintaining operational accuracy and efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing customer and stakeholder enquiries relating to orders, deliveries, returns and stock movements.
Processing customer returns, exchanges and inventory transactions.
Investigating delivery issues, lost or missing shipments and courier claims.
Working closely with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational issues.
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring activities are completed within agreed service levels.
Supporting continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and opportunities to enhance customer experience
What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience within a logistics, supply chain, customer service or administrative environment.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience working with internal and external stakeholders.
A customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high levels of service.
Good IT skills and experience using business systems.

Experience in order processing, inventory management, warehousing support, returns management or logistics administration would be advantageous.

What you'll get in return

Up to £165 per day (Umbrella).
Monday to Friday working pattern.
