Digital Marketing Manager

Digital Marketing Manager upto £45k We are seeking an experienced and driven Digital Marketing Manager who has a background in leading the development and delivery of impactful digital marketing strategies and campaigns. Ideally you will be experienced in:
· Developing and delivering digital marketing strategies that support wider business objectives.
· Leading and coordinating multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
· Managing websites, social media, SEO, paid search, and other digital channels.
· Monitoring, analysing, and reporting on campaign performance and return on investment.
· Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and ensure marketing activity meets business needs.
· Collaborating across departments to maintain consistent messaging and campaign delivery.
· Managing and support the development of a direct report.
· Overseeing key digital projects from planning through to implementation and review.
· Identifying opportunities to improve customer engagement, brand awareness, acquisition, and retention. About You
· Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally within a fast-paced, multi-site or multi-brand environment.
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, influence, and motivate others.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
· Commercially minded with a data-driven and analytical approach.
· Experience delivering successful integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
· Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics software.
· Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
· Positive, proactive, and professional in your approach.
· Results-focused and motivated by making a measurable impact. You must currently reside in the United Kingdom and hold full right to work.
